Dr. Alec Domjan's lifelong journey in the realms of fitness and rehabilitation has uniquely shaped his chiropractic expertise. With a decade of competitive swimming training under his belt including 4 years at the Division I level, he recognizes the paramount importance of injury prevention and how it can obviate the need for invasive procedures.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree from Valparaiso University, he pursued his passion for movement biomechanics and injury prevention by attending Logan College of Chiropractic. Dr. Alec's mission is clear: to not only alleviate patients' current discomfort but also to proactively shield them from future issues through the implementation of rigorous injury prevention protocols.
Dr. Alec boasts a rich repertoire of manual and rehabilitative techniques, including Mechanical Diagnostic Therapy (MDT), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional Soft Tissue, Active Release Technique (ART), and Neurodynamics, all designed to cater to various neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
Outside of his practice, you can find him embracing his adventurous side, hiking alongside his loyal husky companion and dedicatedly training for triathlons.
